We support women from multicultural communities by:
- translating breast screening information into other languages
- helping women to access interpreters
- offering group bookings for breast screening so you can attend with your friends or family.
Interpreter services
If you need an interpreter, please call us on 13 20 50 to make an appointment: you won't be able to make an appointment online.
If you need an interpreter to help you make an appointment, call the Translating and Interpreter Service (TIS) first on 13 14 50. They'll be able to connect you with us.
When making your appointment, please let us know if you'll need an interpreter at your breast screen. We can arrange this for you.
