BreastScreen Queensland aims to provide a welcoming and inclusive service, that meets the needs and expectations of Queensland women and we:
- undertake regular research to keep informed about Queensland women’s awareness of breast screening, their expectations of our service and how we can encourage more women to have regular breast screens
- regularly review our performance and are active in making improvements to respond to feedback from our clients, and
- Regularly review our performance and are active in making improvements, and
- support participative decision-making through our consumer reference groups across the State
The women on our website and resources are not paid models but real BreastScreen Queensland clients and staff committed to improving women's health and wellbeing.
